Hi Tom,
We are looking for a new light for our dining room
and we are thinking about the following lights :
What sort of deal might you be able to make for us on these?
Also, do you ever come across any slag/stained glass remnants? We want to replace the glass in our our hallway cabinets and would be great to put in some historical glass.
Happy holidays.
best,
S – CO

Hi Steve,
Thank you for coming back and following our Newsletter.
As far as colored panes let me know what you are looking for and I will see what I can come up with.
I see two lights that you are interested in.

Hi S&J,
Please refer to two attached drawings I have rendered from your photo.
I need an accurate distance from the center point on the bottom of Fan Dome Shade
to center point on your Dining Table.
Appreciate if you would respond that you received.
Best,
Tom

Hi Tom,
here are our dimensions.
Distance from electrical box to table. – 25”
We were thinking a 36” drop to the bottom of the light but let us know what you think.
Lastly, we were off email for the new years and tried to pay your invoice this morning but it cancelled out. Can you sent again?
best,

Hi S&J,
Thank you for measurement! Invoice cancels automatically after a period. Will resend and try to ship end of this week beginning of next week. 36 inches is good for overall
length!!
Best,
Tom

Hi S&J,
Just have to check with you. That distance you gave me is to center point on table over which fixture will hang. Is that correct? 25 inches.

Hi Tom,
thanks for your help on the dining room light. On our other question, we are wanting to convert our pantry cabinets into one with glass inserts. I’ve sent a couple of photos of before and after concepts. We are wondering if there is a market for some antique slab glass panels or something similar we could use as an insert to give an arts and craft feel to match the house.
The size of the insert could vary but it could be as wide as 18 3/4” x 8 1/2” tall or smaller inserts of 8 1/2 – 7 1/2” tall by 9 3/8”.
Best,

Hi S&J,
I do not have that much matching Flat Material especially in numbers but I can refer you to a friend of mine who can help you. Len Daley ( https://ibentglass.com/) has done a lot of my leaded glass work over the years and he has a large stock of this flat glass he uses to do stain glass restoration. I have copied Lens email in this notification so you have his contact information.
